COLGHA PLAYER/PARENT CONTRACT

By accepting and following this contract, the player, their parents or guardians, and their family members will have the opportunity to take part in either Competitive or House/Local League Programming with the Collingwood Girls Hockey Association (COLGHA).

We're pleased to have all players, their parents or guardians, and family members join us in following the rules of this agreement to participate! 1. As participants, we acknowledge that the primary objectives of the COLGHA are to have fun, enhance skills, foster friendships, and promote sportsmanship, rather than solely focusing on winning. Both winning and losing will be handled with the same level of grace and dignity.

As participants, we acknowledge that not following this agreement, the OWHA Code of Conduct, and the Ontario Women's Hockey Association (OWHA) Harassment, Abuse, Bullying, and Misconduct Policy may lead to disciplinary measures as outlined by the OWHA or decided by COLGHA Board of Directors and its operational regulations, which could involve being removed from the team and/or the COLGHA.
