Lightning Winter FUNdamentals Registration is OPEN
COLGHA Lightning and The Town of Collingwood are pleased to offer the Lightning Winter Fundamentals Program 2026
This program is for NEW to hockey players and/or a continuation for First Shift players.
The cost of this program is $100/player.
The low cost of this program has been made possible through the Town of Collingwood's Community Recreation and Culture Grant Program. This grant generously covers ice costs, player jerseys, Head Coach instruction, Lightning staff insurance and OWHA fees. That is a savings of $100 per participant!
Registration is now open for players 5-15 years of age. Full equipment is required. If you need assistance or direction regarding equipment, please reach out to collingwoodgirlshockey@outlook.com
Program Details:
- 8-week Winter development session 2026
- January 9, 23, 30
- February 6, 13, 20, 27
- March 6
- Once a week hockey development.
- Fridays 6:30pm - 7:20 pm at Central Park Arena, Collingwood.
- Lightning jersey provided.
- Fun introduction and/or on-going instruction for First Shift players and players new to hockey, with access to Lightning player volunteers!
- Registration closes January 18th 2026, or once the program is full, whichever comes first.
